# Pay: $35.62* Internal Posting Dates: March 15, 2024-March 20, 2024 CHMC # ICU-Graduate Nurse # Full Time Temporary- Various shifts 7p-7:30a primary shift-Requisition 7307 A Graduate Nurse in the Critical Care Unit delivers evidenced based care to patients requiring close observation to achieve optimal outcomes. An ICU nurse is primarily responsible for applying their nursing specialties to assess, recognize complications, and implement nursing care. Successful critical care nurses excel at interpersonal communication, leadership, strategic planning, critical thinking, teamwork, and decision making.# #Qualifications: Associates Degree in Nursing.# Submittal of application for Licensure and Limited Permit.# Paid required fees.# Valid New York State RN License within one year of receiving limited permit.# BLS certification# LPN/EMS experience preferred and/or known desire to start and commit to Critical Care Nursing.
