Position Summary The 2 Central Behavioral Health RN provides quality nursing care through the application of the nursing process using evidence based practice focusing on excellent outcomes and patient experience within the framework of Shared Governance. Qualifications Minimum Education: Required: All hires#are required to have a Bachelor#s Degree in nursing or Associates Degree in nursing with at least 2 years of inpatient behavioral health RN experience.# Minimum Years of Experience (Amount, Type and Variation): Required: None Preferred: Acute Care Psychiatric Experience License, Registry or Certification: Required: Current NJ RN licensure and American Heart Association BLS#certification. Preferred: Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse certification or other specialty certification. Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities: Required: Crisis Prevention (CPI) training within 6 months of hire and renewed annually.# HMC will provide the course.
