RN Weekend Warrior Supervisor

RN Weekend Warrior - Supervisor Rate: $33.00 ($33.00 -$37.00 depending on experience) Work both scheduled weekend shifts and receive an additional 13.5 hours pay!!! Sign On Bonus Shift: Saturday and Sunday 7AM to 7:30PM BENEFITS: * Weekly Paychecks * Same-Day Pay Options * Health, Dental, Life Insurance * Referral Bonus up to $500/referral * Tuition Assistance * Retirement/Pension/401k * Clinically Complex Positions * Flexible Schedules Responsibilities * Work closely with RN Supervisor to ensure best possible functions of assigned unit * Consults and coordinates with health care team members to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans. * Prepares and administers and records prescribed medications * Records patients' medical information and vital signs. * Assesses the patients' ability to do routine daily tasks. * Recognizes and manages geriatric syndromes common to older adults, including: cardiovascular, respiratory, gastrointestinal, urinary, hematological, musculoskeletal, endocrine, neurological, psychiatric/psychosocial, integumentary, sensory and pain problems. * Prepares equipment and aids physician during examination and treatment of patient. * Communicate with family members regarding patient * Records all care information concisely, accurately and completely, in a timely manner, in the appropriate format and on the appropriate forms. * Performs other position-related duties as assigned, depending on assignment setting.
