Registered Nurse - Interventional Radiology Neuro

The Registered Professional Nurse is delegated the authority to provide professional nursing care as defined by the New York State Nurse Practice Act.# The RN is responsible for planning, implementing and evaluating care for a given patient population with the established standards and practices of Crouse Hospital.# This process is enacted through direct clinical practice, management of patient care and general professional activities. Job Requirements: Required: IF HIRED OR LICENSED AFTER 1/1/2017: Graduate of an accredited Nursing degree. #MUST complete BSN (Bachelors in Nursing within 8 years of hire date into the Registered Nurse position). Currently licensed as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State.# Must have recent ICU experience in the last two years.# Neuroscience and Interventional Radiology experience preferred.# Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required at time of hire or within#2 weeks after hire.# ACLS required at hire.# Need to have PALS within 3 months of hire.# Must live within a 20 mile radius for call.
