Staff there is great. Nurse supervisors really jump on and help. Most of the doctors are respectful and good to work with. Pay is top in the area.

Management is always changing. It’s a for profit hospital. They are always trying to fill up the hospital even at the cost of getting staff hurt. They continuously take patients they know have been violent to staff in the past.
