dangerous and unprofessional Patients are supplied cigarettes and have breaks to smoke. the smoking privilege and number of cigarettes given, were used as a negotioation tool for good behavior. patients were fixated on smoking and behaviors escalated BLS and CPI done on site. when i asked DON to get my certificates and to address a concern about a sex offender on staff, he avoided the meeting we scheduled to discuss. before i returned to the facility for next shift, i was notified by recruiter i was to not return to the facility. HR contacted for the badge and key in return for my certificates, i complied with the agreement and they did not. upon further investigation AMA had NO record of my renewal at facility meaning I was working out of compliance under the impression i was in good standing. Blankets were hung to seperate the adults and children when unable to staff seperate units. HS resigned while on shift with no notice. i witnessed staff RN take 28 pts due to short staffed, the CEO ordered the admissions continue coming regardless of staffing. one shift nearly all the staffed employees walked out leaving mostly travelers. this is BY FAR the worst facility I've ever worked.
