Founded in 2014 and located in the vibrant center of Dallas, Texas, ERC Legacy is one of the most comprehensive, medically-supervised eating disorder treatment programs in the country.

Serving adults, adolescents, and children at ALL levels of care, including Inpatient, Residential, Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient, our treatment programs are developed and overseen by a compassionate team of highly experienced and renowned eating disorder experts.

At over 100,000-square-feet and with a total of 72 beds in our Inpatient and Residential treatment unit, we offer comprehensive support that includes medical and psychiatric supervision with 24/7 nursing support, an emphasis on medical and psychiatric stabilization and interruption of maladaptive behaviors, and treatment for co-occurring illnesses to light the path for patients towards lasting behavioral change.

How youll serve our patients

As a clinical professional at ERC Pathlight, you can expect to be a part of team that delivers hands-on treatment, and/or support to our patients in one of our many centers around the nation.

We are looking for a Nurse Manager who will plan, coordinate and supervise the delivery of nursing care within the treatment facility.

You will serve patients daily in a multitude of ways:

* Trouble-shoot problems/situations that arise on the unit.


* Help with staffing or coverage


* Supervise the medical aspects of treatment plan and implementation for each patient on the unit


* Review incident reports and follow up through established process


* Provide clinical expertise in medical management, crises and behavior management techniques


* Assist with infection control


* Monitor weekly data collected by RNs and supervisors and present trends to Director of Nursing


* Mange vendor relations and Pharmaceutical Services


* Manage new Nurse Orientation


* Assist Nurse Director with various duties, as designated by Nurse Director, including but not limited to monthly audits, checklists, communication to staff and reviewing/updating policies and procedures


* Assists in providing feedback and assuring compliance with Policies and Procedures that meet accreditation and licensing requirements, and implementing corrective action plans, as required.



Must haves

* State Licensure as an RN


* Bachelors degree (B.S.N.) from four-year college or university preferred


* Masters degree (M.S.N) preferred


* One to two years experience with mental health population and management experience preferred
