Supervising care and treatments, conducting patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns.</li><li>Building rewarding relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to aid in their recovery.</li><li>Educating nursing staff on the care of the hemodialysis patient, hemodialysis equipment, and hemodialysis standards of care.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Current RN licensures as required by state regulations.</li><li>CPR certification</li><li>ACLS within 1 year of hire</li><li>CRRN certification preferred (If you don't have it, we can help you to obtain it!)</li><li>6 months dialysis nursing experience required.</li><li>1 year of experience in inpatient hospital setting preferred.</li></ul>The Encompass Health Way At Encompass Health, we set the standard for excellence in care by leading with empathy, doing what's right, focusing on the positive, and remaining stronger together.
