This was a travel assignment so cannot rate benefit status , but it was a great assignment. Nice people and well organized. Stayed for 8 months :)

Horrible work environment. Ratios never less than 7 patient sometimes 8 or 9 per nurse. Insulin drips on MS floors. Charge also takes full assignment. No phlebotomists, no transport. You have to take your pt anywhere they need to go including the whole bed to dialysis at 5am. New RNs not properly trained. Pay is horrible license at risk. Management is nasty and you’ll get no support.
