Idaho Falls Community Hospital

Basically this hospital requires its imaging staff to cover its sister hospitals call, ER, and outpatients overnights and on weekends. No additional compensation given to employees. Low paying compared to surrounding facilities.

For a small community hospital the acuity has the potential to be high. It comes in waves. The icu has its’ own critical care doctors, who are great. The unit doesn’t utilize cnas like they should which can be a little frustrating. The staff is great, but take a while to warm up.
