I originally heard some negative things about this facility prior to taking a contract but I took a chance and ended up having a wonderful experience there! The staff were wonderful and helpful and for the most part all assignments were appropriate! The facility itself was clean and private rooms for the NICU. Buffalo is a really cool city and I hope to go back one day!

No Accountability

The good nurses and techs that are present can not make up for the continuous struggle of getting instruments, poor management, and dirty environment. People here care more about talking about seniority than they do working as a team.

If you thinking about the pavilion? RUN. Esp with Denise as the DON. I’ve never experienced such hell from a facility. Once I left after being totally outcasted while trying to make it work she continued to call my future employers to attempt to blacklist me! Extremely petty clicky and TERRIBLE!! She’s a lunatic now with a title. It depends on which favorite is in her ear at the time and who they’re talking about as to how you’ll be treated. If you’re good at telling on your co workers for any possible petty issue then you’ll get along fine here!
