When you work on call long hours your still expected to report for day shift whether you punch out at midnight or 4am

Pros

Pay is the best in the area. Nice co-workers.

Cons

Nursing educator is poor. Strange 3-3 shift. That way both shifts stink and affect your life in a negative way. If you don’t quite fit the average Indiana mold you have no chance to advance. Physician run institute. Lack of empowerment.
