Poor communication between Admin and staff, unsafe working conditions, and regular staff are allowed to show up chronically late. The programming for the children is very poor to nonexistent at times, leading to increased behavioral issues. Administration is very disorganized and did not honor my contract. 2 weeks into my assignment, I was regularly being called off, then abruptly asked to do a background check and fingerprinting after the assignment started.
If I could give it a zero I would
The absolute most unprofessional, ghetto, awful place I’ve ever worked. The staff is a joke and the management is even worse. Don’t work here if you value your license, because they will nonstop put it in jeopardy.
