<h3>Assignment Overview</h3><ul><li>Shift: Days, 5x8hrs</li><li>Hours: 40 hrs/wk</li><li>Start Date: Apr 20, 2026</li><li>Length: 13 weeks</li><li>Openings: 1</li></ul><h3>Description</h3><p>American Traveler is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist with a minimum of 2 years of experience and an active CA license for a travel assignment in a hospital-based nuclear medicine unit.</p><h3>Details</h3><ul><li>Hospital-based nuclear medicine unit in an acute care setting</li><li>Monday through Friday, day shift schedule (5x8 hours), 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM</li><li>13-week contract</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist</li><li>At least 1 year of full-time equivalent experience in nuclear medicine within the past 2 years</li><li>At least 1 year of experience in an acute care setting</li><li>Active CA state license required for consideration (license required if applicable)</li><li>Cerner EMR experience required</li><li>Must pass a Pass/Fail EKG exam (3 attempts allowed)</li><li>One supervisory, director, or manager reference from the past year from the applicable unit is required; a second reference within the past 2 years from a charge nurse, co-worker, or educator is also required</li><li>Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><ul><li>First-time travelers will be considered for this position</li><li>Local candidates are accepted</li><li>No RTO (requested time off) is permitted within the first 2 weeks of the assignment; all RTO requests must be submitted at the time of initial consideration and cannot be changed once submitted</li><li>Candidates who have previously been employed by this facility must be approved by the facility prior to starting an assignment; prior employment should be disclosed at the time of consideration</li><li>Former employees must have been separated for at least 1 year before returning as a traveler</li><li>No blocked scheduling or self-scheduling</li></ul>
