Pros
Day shifts, you have an Rn,Lpn &pct. So the Rn and Pct work as a team doing the hands on care, Rn does care for all patients and treatments splits assigned 8 pts but 4 a piece and Lpn does all medications only. But the Lpn also knows that they’re hired as a patient care tech also if need be.
Cons
You have to punch in on time and punch out out on time even if you’re not done with your work because you get penalized they have some code system that if you get to 20 points, they terminate you no questions asked. As long as you’re not late and you leave on time you have longevity there but once you reach that 20 points, there’s no probation there are warnings. You are getting warned that you’re getting closer to the points but the points don’t ever go down don’t ever go away until you’re terminated.
