Staff friendliness to travelers, residents, students and new graduates from nursing school. Patient ratios to providers/staff, daily hands on experience, and unit culture throughout the hospital. Work environment details (like management and schedule flexibility) which are understanding when it comes to taking days off or leaving early/late. Compensation is pretty fair compared to cost of living in the city and or surrounding areas.
