This hospital was horrible ER... I worked one shift. Had 2 ICU patients and 4 other patients. That's night. We worked short. It is UNSAFE. However, The nurses that's worked that night were very kind and helpful. I would give them a 5 star.amf BONUS because they NEED it!

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Pharmacist to join our team at Abrazo Arrowhead Campus. In this role, you will deliver comprehensive pharmaceutical care services to patients while working collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a high-volume, fast-paced hospital environment where your expertise will directly impact patient safety, treatment outcomes, and overall quality of care.
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
 <li>Medication Therapy Management: Review and monitor patient medication therapy for safety and efficacy, considering individual health status. Provide recommendations to the patient care team and document interventions.</li>
 <li>Dispensing &amp; Compliance: Accurately prepare, label, and dispense medications in compliance with federal, state, and local laws, including controlled substance regulations.</li>
 <li>Inventory &amp; Safety: Ensure proper procurement, preparation, storage, and availability of medications for patients.</li>
 <li>Leadership &amp; Supervision: Oversee technical personnel involved in drug preparation, maintenance, and dispensing processes.</li>
 <li>Clinical Collaboration: Serve as a liaison with medical and nursing staff, offering guidance on drug utilization, regulatory standards, and Joint Commission compliance.</li>
 <li>Physician Consultation: Provide expertise on medication utilization and therapeutic alternatives as needed.</li>

Qualifications
Education
<ul>
 <li>Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy</li>
 <li>At least 1 year of inpatient hospital experience or recent completion of an inpatient residency program</li>
</ul>
Licensure

 <li>Current Pharmacist License in the State of Arizona</li>
</ul>

   IR Tech FT Days Position Summary 


 Under minimal supervision, performs basic to complex diagnostic radiographic procedures, as requested by a licensed physician.  Provide technical support for interventional radiographic examinations.  This includes assessing patient condition, operating imaging equipment, preparing examination rooms, and maintaining equipment, supplies, and medications.  Perform radiographic exams on all patients as necessary.    Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned. 


  Job Responsibilities 


 Produces high quality diagnostic radiographs, rotates through advanced areas of diagnostic radiology to include OR, Urography, open reductions, myelography, arthrography, placements and trauma; assists practitioner with fluoroscopy, arthrography, OR procedures and trauma 
  
 THE IR TECH FT DAYS CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING EDUCATION, LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE. 


  EDUCATION 


 Required:  Graduate of accredited Imaging Program  Preferred:  Associates degree

Occupational Therapist PT Days Position Summary
Evaluates, plans, and implements specific treatment programs for individual patients according to the principles and practices of occupational therapy. Functions as an interdisciplinary team member providing patient assessment/re-assessment, direct patient care and individualized care planning/implementation.
 
Responds to physician orders for occupational therapy. Administers and interprets tests and measurements of patients. Reviews patient charts and progress prior to treatment and modifies treatment plan accordingly. Develops functional goals based on patient and/or family expectations. Develops, improves, or restores skills in activities of daily living, work, or productive activities. Seeks clarification of physician orders as needed.
Special Skills: Excellent customer service skills. Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively and effectively with patients, families and physicians.
