The respiratory department is amazing, everyone I worked with was knowledgeable, friendly and willing to help in a pinch. I never felt like I was unsupported. Other staff throughout the facility were friendly, even on the tele floors where RTs are typically given side-eye, the staff was was nice for the most part. Great place as far as vibe, support.

Tenet needs to pay respiratory therapists better. I'd work there as permanent staff in an absolute heartbeat if they were on par with the rest of the market rather than trying to pay tenured therapists less than new grad pay. They are literally posting jobs at $23-29 an hour, and even offers above that are well below market. Its unfortunate as Abrazo West is a great work place otherwise.
