Providers are respectful, and there'a great camaraderie with fellow nursing and support staff.  Plenty of equipment and support.  If I didn't live in a different state I'd work there in a heartbeat.

As usual a great culture excellent RN’s who worked together well, and Mgmt taking advantage of that, it’s somewhat unsafe due  to the fact they do not have enough aides on the floor and this hardworking aides just need this job to place food on their table, and of course the upper management does take advantage of that.
