Best team I've worked with as an RT, everyone is willing to help you learn and grow. The RTs were so helpful; there isn't an expectation of you knowing everything all the time. Whenever I needed help or a second pair of eyes, everyone was eager to help. I am not used to getting calls daily from managers to ask if I needed help, and she will come on the floors and do treatments while we handle the more critical cases. Props to Jana Becker!

Codes were a bit chaotic the last time I was there, but as a hospital that strives to be the best in the region, I am sure lots have changed since.
