Shady hospital
Absolutely did not enjoy my time working at the hospital. The only time I enjoyed my time is when I switched to per deim and transferred out of inpatient care. Hospital was shady, inpatient Drs didn’t care, talked down to nurses, and had a major sentinel event. In my short 1 year of being there we went through 4 CNO’s and multiple directors of units leaving. The pay was among the lowest for San Diego. I know they recently got bought about by UCSD health so maybe their conditions have improved? One can hope.
