Pros
Charge nurses don’t want to help or teach on night shift mostly agency charge nurses, work place in civility and bullying seems to be the culture

They allow patients to abuse staff and take no action. They will fire you if you speak out, and they do not give any warning such as a prior disciplinary action. There is a high turn around becuase of management or lack thereof. They do not give staff they tools they need to do the work they are supposed to do. After a recent survery they are about to get closed down if they do not make changes so they are firing anyone who is willing to speak up
