Very high acuity. Floated to PICU most of my shifts. Management was great and they worked with my schedule to fly home and see my son during my contract. 
They needed more Resp Therapist for the vent pts and  trach care. ￼

Clean and supported by finances and donations.  Still very clique management style, unfortunately.
