Great teamwork on nights (cannot speak to Days or Mids).  This facility is hopping 24/7.  Surprised at the amount of Level One traumas -  with that said - they are a well orchestrated group.   They definitely care and it shows.  I feel included and appreciated as a traveler.  It was a pleasure working with the new grad RNs.  I’d return.

Very fast pace ER.. Have to complete your own POCT, mix your own meds, but RT does all the respiratory treatments

PICU - Pediatric Intensive Care

You are not an icu nurse here. Will only work step down in adjacent unit with 3-4 patients. Hard to find providers. Techs do not help AT ALL so you are on your own, literally.
