You sit on patients in the ER for almost your whole shift, anything exciting gets transferred out, the providers practice 70s medicine and order everything under the sun on every patient, supplies are cheap, the charting system is the worst and there is a high psych and drug population

OR - Operating Room

Tough X-ray staff. 3 department leaders Dir, Asst Dir, Floor Sup. for a little department: Poor communication. Weekend tech sleeps while the traveler does the work. Culture will not change due to senior staff behaviors.

Lazy techs that take more smoke breaks than out in physical hours at work!  Trashy!  Some providers lack integrity and the patient to nurse workload is unsafe.  Auburn should have been shit down years ago!
