Pros

Work culture makes sure all are accountable for work performance and gives employees a chance to produce desired performance.

Cons

They have a census for low work load and can send employees home if needed. Not sure if this applies to contract workers.

Great people to work with and travelers come back regularly. Will see a lot of prisoners the state prison(Prisontown USA, look it up). If you're not used to being in a secluded small town working in a hospital with limited resources, you should look elsewhere. Can be busy for the size at times but not too bad. I would go back if a contract came back up.
