Charge RNs are fabulous, organization is good. 4 to 1 ratio. Housekeeping is a disaster. Visibly filthy. But, I loved it. Its complicated.

Overall, I enjoyed my time at Baptist (I renewed 3 times!) I loved my coworkers but upper management/admin makes sure all staff members know that they are just a number. There is a noticeable disconnect from hospital executives/admin and staff members. Another major shock I had was that the corporation does not pay any one holiday pay!! Theres no reason to work super short staffed on a holiday there, so don't do it!

Horrible place to work. Supply room is not even in the OR! Cards are a mess, you’re constantly running for supplies, employees don’t care about being there or prepared for cases, everyone is practically new… bad/toxic environment.
