Travel MRI Technologist - Grapevine, TX 76051

	<li>Assignment: 13 weeks, 11/23/2026 to 02/21/2027 (travel position)</li>
	<li>Schedule: 4 x 10-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM to 5:30 AM, Sunday to Wednesday (40 hours/week)</li>
	<li>Requirements: BLS (AHA only), ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT; minimum 3 years experience with 1.5T and 3T magnets</li>
	<li>Interview: virtual or phone</li>
	<li>Scrubs: maroon</li>
</ul>

Job summary

Under the general supervision of a radiologist, the MRI Technologist performs magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) procedures on ambulatory and hospital patients as requested by a physician or other licensed provider, in accordance with established protocols.

Responsibilities

<ul>
	<li>Performs high-quality MRI procedures on time and according to exam protocol.</li>
	<li>Uses AIDET to communicate with patients, confirm the correct exam on the correct patient, and explain the procedure to patients and families.</li>
	<li>Positions patients and equipment and follows established imaging standards and procedures.</li>
	<li>Follows safety, infection-control and hand-hygiene policies; keeps equipment and work areas clean and working.</li>
	<li>Screens individuals for safe entry to the MRI environment and keeps documentation and imaging records complete and current.</li>
</ul>
