Pros

They survive on travelers because the pay is not on par and behind the times. Call isn't crazy and pretty relaxing. Great doctors, great management and great full time staff.

Cons

Housing isn't reasonable. The entire region desperately needs a cost of living adjustment. It's the lowest in the state and most densely populated.
