small hospital, one floor divided into 3 pods. 1:5 ratio mostly with 1:6 only after 11pm. Admission nurses available until 11pm. Good team work. Nice management
Cons
No transport at night, short staff, very few intensive providers, small ICU = very few beds. Tons of admits at night. No IV team

Unit is very traveler friendly with an environment that is welcoming and kind. Schedule flexibility as well. Some staff nurses rent rooms to travelers which helps to integrate the team.
