The best place I’ve worked. Their staff are so friendly and welcoming- they become family. Ratios are not terrible 1:5 days 1:6 nights. Med surg.
Cons
You can get floated a lot, so if you’re not comfortable with that, be prepared

Pros
Great Staff, up to date equipment, cost of living, great summer weather and great pickleball courts. Awesome location for visiting National Parks and even Canada on off days.
Cons
Minimal night life, long drive to most hiking areas.
