      <p>American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Tele Float Pool position requiring a MA RN license and strong telemetry skills.</p>
      
            <h2>Responsibilities</h2>
            <ul><li>Work in the Float Pool of a hospital environment</li><li>Care for medical-surgical and telemetry patients as needed</li><li>Night shift with 12-hour shifts</li><li>Weekends and holidays are expected as part of the regular schedule</li><li>Must float to like units and overflow areas as assigned</li><li>Orientation is provided biweekly</li><li>A passing score on tele/ECG and medication tests is required before starting assignment</li><li>COVID vaccine with booster and flu vaccination are required, with medical exemptions allowed</li><li>Charge nurse experience is preferred but not required</li><li>Travelers must not reside within 50 miles of the facility</li><li>Previous employees must have a 6-month separation from any Beth Israel Lahey Health facility for consideration</li></ul>
          
      <h2>Requirements</h2>
      <ul><li>Active Massachusetts RN license in hand required</li><li>Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required</li><li>Minimum of 2 years of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required</li><li>Must be able to pass a Telemetry Competency Exam as part of onboarding</li><li>Dysrhythmia and medication knowledge required, with testing administered prior to the assignment (one attempt only, 85% passing score)</li><li>Professional development activities must be documented</li></ul>
