- Evaluate the quality and completeness of scan results, and recommend any protocol changes if necessary.
- Manipulate images for physician review and send images to the PACS system promptly.
- Assist patients by addressing their physical and psychological needs, explaining procedures clearly, and responding to their questions with patience and courtesy.
- Start IV lines for contrast when necessary, monitor patients for reactions, and report issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records and statistics related to MRI procedures in compliance with regulations.
- Participate in the teaching and clinical evaluation of students and other technologists.
- Engage in continuous educational activities during and outside of working hours.
