Pros
Unit is travel friendly. director Galina is amazing. Ratio phase one is 1 RN to 2 patients. They have transport for floor patients. It is busy, they do make sure you get lunch!

Pros
Friendly work environment with lots of learning opportunities. Caring staff that are kind to each other. Stat nurse option is a huge asset in aiding in questions and a second set of eyes for policy compliance.
Cons
Charting system requires a lot of duplicate charting, High patient ratios for some units. This issues is being worked on and improving happening the entire time during the contract.
