Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Peri-operative care in both scrub and circulating roles.</li><li>Providing clinical support and resources.</li><li>Working collaboratively in a family-centered peri-operative environment.</li><li>Working either 36 or 40 hours per week, with a mix of 8, 10, and 12 hour shifts.</li></ul> Minimum Qualifications Education:<ul><li>A Bachelor of Science in Nursing.</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>A minimum of 1 year of Operating Room experience as an RN.</li><li>Pediatric Operating Room RN experience preferred.</li><li>2+ years of Operating Room experience as an RN preferred.</li></ul>Licensure/ Certifications:<ul><li>Current Massachusetts license as a Registered Nurse</li></ul>*$20,000 sign-on for RNs with over 2 years of OR experience who have not worked at BCH in 2+ years* *This position is eligible for a $10,000 Employee Referral Bonus for internal employees* bchornurse #LI-onsite</div><div class="jd-payStatement" data-field="payStatement">The posted pay range is Boston Children’s reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting.Any base pay offer provided depends on skills, experience, education, certifications, and a variety of other job-related factors.
