This ER is packed with critical patients and unique cases, unfortunately there seems to be a greater an average amount of staff turnover and perhaps it’s due to the poor management I witnessed. Pretty young crew running the department that’s welcoming of travelers.

The nightshift doctors are a nightmare to work with, but day time staff is great!

Day time is great, night shift is a nightmare

OR - Operating Room

The RT manager is horrible! She is unprofessional and unethical. Upper management is totally supportive of her and 10 RT's have left in only a few months due to her! There never used to be ANY open positions in the RT department and now there is 5, was 7 a few weeks ago! Most positions are internal travelers because they don't pay well and need to entice new hires with something. You WILL witness the manager lose her cool. Or do something unethical and unprofessional.
