Pros
It seemed like a nice place to work. Beautiful scenery.
Cons
Cost of living up there is too high. You can get housing in Belgrade, but the commute is 1 hr if you don't get caught behind slow drivers. There is a very long line of cars and trucks going to Bigsky. The management sucks.
