Favorites get away with a lot. Things get over looked. Management always taking turns being gone out of the office. They are not around to over see how things are truly going on the floor level unless a review is coming up. (rarely seen on the floor). They take the word of (1) person on how you’re doing on the floor. So you better hope you fit in circle.
