            <h2>Responsibilities</h2>
            <ul><li>Work as a float RN within the Medical Surgical Float Pool</li><li>Float to multiple units including AU, OSU, GSU, NVU, CAR, GMU, AMU, and EMCU, and care for overflow Med Surg/IMC patients in CC units</li><li>Standard patient ratios are 4-6:1 on Med/Surg units</li><li>Night shifts, 4x12 hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:30</li><li>Every other weekend is required</li><li>Block scheduling is not available</li><li>Must be available for orientation during the first two weeks of the assignment</li><li>Must be comfortable with varying Med/Surg patient ratios</li><li>Only one holiday request off permitted; cannot request both the holiday and surrounding days off</li><li>Opportunities available to pick up additional shifts</li><li>Required to work with diverse Med/Surg patient populations across units</li></ul>
