Great ICU team. I would go back in a heartbeat. Very high acuity and very high paced. If you have the training for a level one trauma center and can keep up with the hectic chaos of south Florida you will love this ICU.

I worked at Broward General during COVID with CareRev , this is a great place to work , the job environment was great . Assignments were fair and they respect Respiratory therapists . It was great to work at that facility .

No overtime, work environment is extremely negative and hostile. I worked really hard for 13 weeks just for them to try and lie on my name. Never pulled me in the office, never said anything towards me about my work until the last two weeks I was there.

This is probably the worst places to work, stay away! They treat you complete trash, give you the worst assignment on purpose and the pay packages are terrible. Don’t waste your time with this facility

Extremely toxic environment

This place is toxic. They will give you 10-14 nights of call. A terrible schedule and they will give you the patients they don’t want do . ( Covid , cdiff, lice) staff is super passive aggressive . The supervisor is a major witch and will treat you like a slave .
