Ghetto back 2022 but I heard it's better now post strike!  PCT'S are ghetto and act as if nurses shouldn't expect much.  Prayerfully the hospital got rid of those ones! Staff nurses were typical bullies.  Felt pressured to show travelers where things were and the Do's and Don'ts all because of a dollar sign!

You always work late. Don’t expect to have any life if you work here. The actual job & cases are good. They have no policies here & the union runs the show. People are nice. No monetary benefit to being on call.
