We have a very accepting team at Caldwell! Bring a good attitude and you’ll fit right in! At UNC Caldwell the community is Small and inviting. Management is very flexible and understanding with scheduling. Teamwork is how you will survive and never be afraid to ask questions Our Doctors are very personable and the home team staff will never let each other “drown.” We never work more than 1:5 Nurse Patient Ratio on the 4th floor. And we use EPIC to chart!
