Schedule flexibility, plenty of supplies, wound care actually gets done! Excellent patient care.

Patient ratios are high, 9 patients almost all shifts, often only 1 RT at night nurse left to do all treatments and apply CPAP/BiPAPs , contract/travelers always put down or blamed, too much talk/gossip about pay rates that is simply untrue!
