Pros
Val (assistant Unit director) and David (house super) were very supportive. Beautiful facility, ratios not bad, excellent cafeteria food. My husband and I both worked there as RN on nights. They gave us the schedules we wanted. It's by the ocean!
Cons
The over flow part of the hospital needs working code and rapid buttons. I had to really think to remember a con.
