Nurses do all care- v/s, toileting, bed changes, repositioning, drain/foley emptying, setting up room for admits, placing pts on tele,settling admits, Night shift nurses are responsible for transporting patients, Q4Hrs Assessments, Q4Hrs Tele Strips. LNAs basically do blood sugars at bedtime & PRN and occasionally answer call bells.
