I was at the Marina del Rey location and it was not great.  Poor support from management, they scheduled me randomly without checking in with me, and I got floated 60-70% of the time to lower acuity floors.  Not to mention the hospital was old and grungy with poorly functioning equipment.  I would not recommend…

ICU Float contract Nov 2023-Feb 2024. For a teaching facility that serves the Beverly Hills community you’d think this was a rural community hospital. Despite claims that MDs and residents are in house and easy to reach they are not. Be prepared to text them and possibly receive orders 2 hours after the fact. Jeremiah, the night pool AMN is also the stereotypical anti-traveler manager despite seeming to have a positive opinion of you. He will not  be flexible with your schedule and will often try to put you on holidays so the hospital will most likely call you off. Staff is alright in most units although the clinical knowledge is lacking pretty much everywhere aside from CTICU. Despite saying that they are “traveler friendly” expect to receive the worst assignments disproportionally.

Staff was not friendly or helpful and very catty. Everything is policy/physician driven and there is no autonomy whatsoever.
