Not great, not terrible.
Equipment is very good. Management of the Hospital in general is totally clueless as to keeping its Radiology staff happy. Radiology management in itself is good. Radiology staff is overworked and is treated poorly. Revolving door staffing for workers. Hospital management refuses to improve working conditions for its Radiology staff. Too much call, short staffed constantly.
