Pros

Best hospital I’ve worked for so far in my nursing career! Staff is traveler friendly. The patients are great. The community has a small town vibe that is pleasant to work for.

Cons

Only issues is the call in periop for day surgery/PACU. Only 1 RN on call at night during the week so RNs have been forced to stay past their shifts to assist when more than one patient is in the PACU/day surgery.
