Worked in the ER as a traveler. Staff welcomed me with apprehension at first. But soon gained their respect and trust because of my charm and expertise. Small ER/hospital. Critical cases were flown out to larger hospitals. Mgmt and education members were nice, caring, welcoming l. Will ho back of given the chance
