Cherokee Regional Medical Center

Cherokee Hospital is a very friendly facility. Very helpful and nice all around. I am a respiratory therapist and the respiratory department manager know her stuff. She has taught me a lot about cost, managing department funds, how to improve productivity and patient satisfaction. I would recommend this campus to anyone who loves to learn and appreciates support from your team members.

Management is a joke and head of HR is even more of one. They protect managers, instead of seeing that they don’t have staff because of them. They are too worried about their perception instead of worrying about staff. They have all this money to remodel the whole hospital but somehow don’t have anything more to pay their staff. Will beg borrow and plead to get people to pick up but will not offer anything extra for them to do it. Just a bad culture all the way around.
